Shipping
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and should take between 3-6 business days (Australia) and 3-4 weeks (international) to arrive.

The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout according to weight.

Currently we ship to Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Greece, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Russia, Lebanon, UAE, Hong Kong and Singapore. If you reside outside of these countries/regions, please get in touch with us at ikoyenia@outlook.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate.

Ikoyenia is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred when shipping internationally.

Please be extra careful when entering your address. If your order is returned to us due to a spelling error or wrong number, you will be required to pay postage, plus a $5 handling fee for us to resend your parcel.

Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service for people residing in Adelaide, South Australia. Pick up location is in Torrensville, just a 10 minute drive from the CBD. Instructions will be emailed to you once your parcel is ready to be collected.
Returns & Exchanges
We check every single book before it leaves our warehouse to ensure quality control. We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if for some reason you are not happy with your product, please get in touch and we will do our best to help where possible.
