Please be extra careful when entering your address. If your order is returned to us due to a spelling error or wrong number, you will be required to pay postage, plus a $5 handling fee for us to resend your parcel. If you have placed the incorrect address and your parcel hasn't been sent or initiated with Australia Post, please get in touch with us straight away at ikoyenia@outlook.com.au
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, you cannot add to it or change it. Orders are initiated through Australia Post on the same day your order is made, which means we pay for your order to be sent, before it even reaches a post office. Once we have made that payment to Australia Post, your parcel is added into the Australia Post system and cannot be changed.
